Tom Crisp: Home for Tom, his wife Sophie, 4 year old Harry and 2 year old Hugo is Mayfield in East Sussex, where Sophie's parents have an extensive yard stretching to some 60 acres.

Born in Norfolk, Tom went to Ireland for 6 months after finishing school to start his career in eventing, this was followed by various pupil placements around the UK.

Horses have been 32-year-old Tom’s passion ever since he can remember, and over the years he has continually achieved an ever greater level of success with the highlight being a 13th place at the Luhmuhlen CCI4* in 2009. With both Badminton and Burghley on the cards again for 2012, Tom is hoping for great things in the next 12 months.

Tom's Young Rider achievements include:

• Team Silver Young Rider Europeans at Necarne

• Highest Place Young Rider at Burghley CCI4* 2001

Sophie Crisp: Having competed at the highest levels of the sport, Sophie has also represented her country on more than one occasion. Her eventing highlights have included Badminton and Luhmuhlen but she will argue that her most recent highlight has been her sons Harry and Hugo.

Sophie aims is to be back competing during the 2012 season.

Emily Slater - Head Girl: Emily has been part of the team for a year now. She has gained lots of experience travelling and grooming for Tom in England and abroad.

Emily is a reliable, organised and dedicated member of the team which we value greatly.

Andrea Persson - Working Pupil: Andrea has recently joined the team from Sweden. She has plenty of experience working with horses after studying for 3 years at Bollerup the internationally known stud and school. She is hardworking and a great addition to the team.

Alicia Earee - Working Pupil: Alicia brought her current (Twister V) horse from Sophie Crisp in 2009, who took him to intermediate level. Since buying Twister she has progressed from unaffiliated pony club level to International 2* level Eventing. Alicia has regular training from Tom.
